THE ARTIST
Born and raised in Venezuela, Alejandro Figueira was exposed from early on to Nature’s Beauty.
Alejandro was brought up between families who owned well-known landscaping companies, that led him to develope a passion for the use of nature in an artistic context.
From an early age he joined the family business where he provided creative concepts and innovative ideas for the company.
In addition, he was also part of the creative team in the Venezuelan TV channel Venevision designing events such as Christmas advertisments, Miss World Venezuela, & Mr. Venezuela; transforming spaces into stunning floral stages.
In mid 2002 he received an invitation from the Roney Palace Hotel - South Beach, Florida; with the purpose of carrying out an ”original” reception decor for the famous R & B Billboard Music Awards, where he projected himself as well as his company internationally.
Alejandro was selected between many recognized vendors to design the dressing rooms and galas for important artists such as Luciano Pavarotti in 2005 and Enrique Iglesias 2011 during their presentations in Venezuela.
As a result of his diligent work and accomplishments he was honored with the prestigious "Musa de Oro” award.
His talent also earned him his certification from the
“American Institute of Floral Designers”.
His professionalism, experience and passion for décor, motivated him to transfer Ornatus Events Décor in 2013 to an international territory that would allow him to fulfill himself in an artistic level, offering spectacular social events decorations for the cosmopolitan and exquisite “ South Florida”
